I used a couple of mortgage brokers after my own bank of 30 years said no and those mortgage brokers were also unable to help me. Then a friend recomended me to Paul and not only was he able to get me approved but he got me approved at a financial institution that already said no. Paul and his team really know the industry and what they are talking about. I would recomend them to anyone.

I was reffered to MOS by the ING call centre after they weren't able to help me and within 72 hours I had an approval with ING. He merely packaged my file differently and was able to get the approval. Good Job!
